JSW Prime Steel Coil Procurement

Raw materials are sourced exclusively from JSW Steel under strict IS 6240 and IS 15914 specifications. 100% chemical and mechanical mill test certificates accompany every coil.

STAGE 02

Automated Deep Drawing Pressing

High-tonnage hydraulic drawing presses form JSW steel blanks into seamless cylinder cups with exact wall thickness tolerances (4.0mm to 5.6mm).

STAGE 03

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)

Circumferential seams are joined using high-precision automated Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) to achieve zero-porosity, 100% radiographic quality structural joints.

STAGE 04

Computerized Stress Relieving

Full thermal normalizing and stress relieving in computer-controlled batch furnaces eliminate residual mechanical stresses and restore steel grain ductility.

STAGE 05

Monolithic Mass Baking (DA)

In-house formulation and curing of Monolithic Calcium Silicate mass, achieving 90%–92% porosity and ≥22 kgf/cm² crushing strength for Acetone stability.

STAGE 06

100% Hydraulic & Pneumatic Test

Mandatory 100% volumetric expansion testing (up to 250 kgf/cm²) and pneumatic bubble leak testing under direct PESO inspector verification.
